Loved Working for the Lab

Pros

Great work environment with good benefits. I worked in the laboratory under the children's hospital as a specimen processor. I really loved the job and the training was fast paced.

Cons

The political environment can be a little bit stifling if you're not red. A lot of the people are strong advocates for the republican party and speak outwardly about it. It's Oklahoma though so it's not really unexpected.

Teaching environment. Great experience with staff years mix. Always looking for improvement. Involved with community.

Cons

Salary. But that is changing to market compensation to match the market. Hard place to work but invaluable experience.
