Heavy Workload, High Expectations, But Great People To Work With

There is a great dynamic with most coworkers, everyone genuinely respects and looks after each other. Loads of opportunity to learn and train in any position you would like. Plenty of pick up shifts if you would like more hours on your check.

Cons

Heavy workload with more and more added all the time. Constantly training new hires, students, or interns, Lack of communication between management, pharmacists, and techs. Favoritism is an issue when it comes to hours/schedules. Once you show you are reliable/trustworthy it is wildly taken advantage of. Raises are not great and bonuses are practically non-existent.
