Pros

I have been impressed by the onboarding process and residency. I heard rough things about working at OU but I wanted the trauma experience. I cannot imagine being anywhere else. This is my third career so I have experienced quite a lot. I am aware they have made a lot of changes (for the better) in the last 2 years and it shows. The management is supportive and available, and its not the "dog eat dog" experience I was bracing for.

Cons

My parking pass does not always work, but, if that's the worst of it? I will take it!
