New leadership is promising. Lots of restructuring happening. We are finally able to add the numbers of staff we need to run this place efficiently.

We are currently short staffed and it will take time to bring on new staff and get them trained.

Coworkers and staff were the highlight of the work there. Working with physicians was a great plus.

Cons

Lack of staff and support, whenever tasks needed to be done but no time to do them. Management states that we need to be more efficient with time but not accounting for tasks than the primary ones that are delegated due to being short staffed.
