Excellent benefits, with discounts to utilize OU Health facilities. Pay is competitive. Rewarding work that makes a difference for complex patients in the state of Oklahoma. Access to professional development & growth opportunities to expand your education & knowledge. Annual employee incentive plan if company meets its goals.

Cons

It’s hard work and an intense environment. There have been years of a not so great culture and changing that takes time - especially when grumpy people linger and cannot get on board with the positive changes. workload is heavy for most everyone I encounter.

OU appoints great leadership. In my department, there was always someone there to help out, give advice or just listen. Sometimes you need that from a workplace more than you need a bigger salary.

Cons

They could stand to pay a little more. But I think they are continuously working on that too.
