Still feels like HCA owned, with the earliest version of Meditech

Coworkers are helpful, work environment is ok. The company tired to promote employee wellness.

Cons

Oldest version of Meditech. Still waiting for Epic change over for a few years now. Patient acuity 3-4 BMT and 4-6 everywhere else. Some RNs are still on the 8hr shift that disrupts patient care,everyone else's schedule and acuity of patients change with additional patie t load because they aren't enough staffing (even the external contractors or PRN staff isn't enough).
