Pros

The data and analytics team is a fantastic group of people to work with. They truly have a heart for patient care and work diligently towards that end. Pay is in line with other data organizations outside of healthcare.

Cons

Benefits are only ok. The organization as a whole is not very data literate, so although they are working on becoming a data driven organization, they have a long way to go.

Pay has been better than other hospitals.

Cons

We were told on Friday, January 6th, 2023, that OU Health is short on cash and 401K matches would be suspended and PTO hours earned would be reduced. Also, the parking situation sucks. Premier parking is just absurd.
