* Great work place environment in terms of cleanliness *Helpful coworkers amidst a competitive environment *Company takes care of it's employees with benefits & perks *Wages are competitive and fairly adjusted to an employee's experience *Plenty of work & many different components and weldments to fabricate which negates familiarity laden boredom. Plenty of variety. *I fully endorse this company to anyone considering applying to Oxbo. It is an awesome place to work.
