Business Outlook
Pros
Engineering VP is extremely supportive and encouraging. Lots of variety and room to grow. You will not get siloed at OXEN. Healthy environment. Scheduling team keeps a positive outlook and supports the team well. Company is growing rapidly and has started providing annual raises and bonuses which is really nice. Can work from home most of the time which is great.
Cons
At times you end up task switching a lot. Variety is good. Frenzy is not. Thankfully it's not that way all the time. Family health insurance is extremely high.
