Business Outlook
Pros
Great pay and benefits. I worked with an amazing team and we were more like family. This was by far my favorite job (even with the stress and time constraints).
Cons
I worked during Covid and we were sent home to work remotely in March 2020. We later went into a hybrid mode, but were told in 2022 we would all be required to report in person. My commute was about 1 1/2 hours. I left because I was offered employment closer to home. I did find out that my team members that remained are working remotely since the Philadelphia location is no longer in use. I would return in a heartbeat if offered the opportunity to work remotely.
