Some senior managers lack people skills and often speak to staff in a disrespectful manner, which creates a difficult work environment. Overall leadership can be poor, with inconsistent communication and direction. The company has a tendency to overpromise and underdeliver on projects, leading to frustration among employees. There’s also a lack of transparency, as leadership previously stated there would be no redundancies but later went ahead with them.
