Poor management and communication
Pros
The only pro of this position and building was the ability to experience various events that one would usually not attend.
Cons
Long work hours - some that may be longer than verbally communicated, the communication is poor, management's egos are larger than the crowds brought in for some events. The pay is non-negotiable, the company is very cheap when it comes to replacing equipment used to setup events, clean the buildings, and calling in techs to fix said broken/damaged equipment. Management treats you like it's your first day in pre school and when it's time to voice your opinion on something, it gets shot down. If you have to use your EARNED PTO for something personal (vacation, mental health day, etc) they feel the need to question it and then deny the request if it isn't in their favor. Overall, the entire place is a mess, or at least was. They'll need some new equipment to clean it though.
