Pros

Oaktree software is hands down the best employer I've had in my life to date. It may be the first place I've worked where I don't feel like the people in charge are willing to throw you under the bus to save a dime. I've worked for some bad places, and having employers who treat you well does wonders for morale. It's a Bible software company, and the owner is the original programmer, and still does much of the programming work himself. It really makes a difference to work for someone who actually cares about his product, people, and customers, rather than just. Even though the owners are Christians, I know several employees of other faiths, and even some atheists.

Cons

I can't really think of any major downsides. Many of the positions here will require telecommuting, which may be bad for some people, but that's mostly a good thing in my book. I suppose you might not like it if you have anything against Christians, since it's a Bible software company.
