Pros

- Transit/Commuter subsidy (about $280/month to be used on train, bus, subway) - Lunch subsidy ($20/meal/day) - Frequent volunteer opportunities

Cons

- Hybrid schedule for investment and services teams is 4 days onsite with 1 day remote - No wellness allowance - No education advancement coverage - Less than average cost of living raise (however they compensate in bonuses) - Department transfer opportunities are rare especially in offices other than the HQ in LA - Titles do not reflect roles and responsibilities - Outdated tech in offices (unless you ask about an upgrade for your laptop or phone, you will not get one). They just recently switched everyone to laptops from desktops. - Still require more professional attire than other financial firms
