      Pros

      Employee perks are good, a lot of networking events. As an Asset Manager, you can't get a better work life balance/culture anywhere else. Smart people all cross the org that one could learn from.

      Cons

      outdated systems, unnecessary politics, top-heavy employee structure (too many VP's and above that are against positive and necessary changes). Too many changes happening simultaneously without too much to show, and thus duplicative efforts across different groups.
