      Pros

      You get to work with really smart and nice people Plenty of perks, such as free lunch, expensing dinner, cabs etc. They give emphasis to their human resources, providing the most to let the employees focus on their work.

      Cons

      Disconnect between the upper management and employees. Only higher management takes part in actual decision-making and there is a lot of behind the doors discussions.
