Management truly cares about your work/life balance and works diligently to provide a secure and balanced work atmosphere. Being an employee at Oasis expands your family, that's how close we all are!

      Oasis is an entrepreneurial organization that empowers their employees. Oasis encourages an ownership approach and makes decisions around a set of core values that really matter.

      Cons

      Oasis is a great place to work. Only thing that stands in their way would be with fast and continuous growth, you need more people and hiring enough people to support that growth should be a focus area.
