New leadership is different not necessarily better. Say they are "dedicated to an open, transparent, values driven culture that focuses on associates" - hard to do when management is in closed door meetings for 6-7 hours / day and unavailable.

Before Oatey bought the company it was a great place to work.

Cons

Oatey came in and laid off multiple people many over 60 years old. Cut staff, then demanded much more from those still employed.

Over time should be optional not made to be mandatory!! Very HOTT IN WEST FILLING IN THE SUMMER 97÷ NO AIR CONDIONER .ITS IN BUT DOES NOT WORK !!!!!!!!
