      Awesome associates to work with, good HR related issues handled fast, good starting pay to salaried and hourly associates. There is always jobs open for either department/shift change or advancement.

      Cons

      Is not up front on hours of work. We are a 4-10 hour shifts, and was told rarely Fridays/Saturdays. Can only count a few times when we had actual 4 day work week. Training and scheduling for training does not exist for new associates. Have continuous issues with office personal feel they have the need to change and supervise areas that do not involve them.

      Gained great lean experience and was able to wear many hats here.

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth due to size of company.
