Pros

OCI is a well-established company that brings in big clients and is widely recognized as a high-caliber organization by those who we work with. Decent pay, friendly atmosphere. If you are a good and dedicated engineer your efforts will be rewarded and your achievements will be recognized. The company has been getting smarter and faster in the last couple of years.

Cons

Some people don't like living in St. Louis because it's a smaller city that is very car-centric.
