Pros

Family atmosphere, real opportunity for career growth, excellent collaboration, genuine appreciation and care for employees, responsible company

Cons

It's a company in the midst of growth, so there are growing pains at time. You have to be willing to be part of the growth and that isn't comfortable for everyone.

Pros

There are so many reasons I love working here. Always opportunities for growth, culture of people who demonstrate excellence, critical thought, and professionalism, access to leadership without feeling 'political', innovative technologies and challenging projects, profit sharing, unlimited vacation, the list goes on

Cons

There are cons with any job I guess. When you work with smart people, you should be prepared to be challenged from time to time.

A consulting company that actually values its people

Pros

I am happy to say I have found a consulting company that actually seems to care about their people. Management actually cares about work / life balance, we get unlimited vacation, and the projects are actually challenging! but in a good way

Cons

I dont really have any cons except maybe we could have a more formal mentorship / career growth track to follow
