A consulting company that actually values its people

Pros

I am happy to say I have found a consulting company that actually seems to care about their people. Management actually cares about work / life balance, we get unlimited vacation, and the projects are actually challenging! but in a good way

Cons

I dont really have any cons except maybe we could have a more formal mentorship / career growth track to follow

Hands down this is the best place to find technical talent. The people here are ambitious but friendly

Cons

Career paths are not as clear here as I have seen at other companies
