Pros
Even though things go at a very fast pace around here, I like that it’s also a very casual, laid-back kind of environment. No one takes themselves too seriously, and that mentality does a lot to help promote creativity.
Cons
The company is growing rapidly and at times it feels like there aren’t enough people to keep up with all the work.
