I had the pleasure of working at OTSI, it has been an incredibly positive experience. The work environment is highly supportive, my Manager for his guidance and support have been invaluable and always helps us with our work and client interactions. I'm fortunate to work with supportive colleagues who always help each other and manage tasks well, ensuring that no one feels overwhelmed. The HR and internal team is very understanding and makes sure everyone feels comfortable at work. Our non-IT service staff are respectful and keep everything running smoothly. Our Chairman is incredibly supportive and regularly appreciates our efforts, which really motivates us. Overall, OTSI is a fantastic place to work with a supportive environment.

Hard work is recognized and rewarded by those in charge. You feel the weight of your contributions. There are opportunities to do work outside the scope of your role and gain valuable experience. Managers don’t micromanage the employees. The office environment is very laid-back. I never had any issues with the other employees.

The culture is diverse. I feel heard and the work I am doing is actually impacting and helping our users which is awesome to see. The benefits package is also good, pretty much everything you can think of and more.

I worked via OTsI 2.5 years and they were pretty responsive to the changes of terms that I needed couple of times. That was quite nice. The manager was very accessible and connected.

Flexible work hours. No work pressure from managers. Everybody is friendly with each. The good thing is that they don't force you to work like slaves.

OTS is a company where you can fully establish a career. Managers are great about checking in with everyone on their career goals and making sure you’re on track to meet your targets and eventually move up into the position you want.

I find that the friendly environment here is great. Everyone really seems to want to help those around you. The managers are pretty involved with their teams to make sure that everyone knows what’s going on. The company has a great onboarding process and they really care about the employees. When we were working from home because of the pandemic, it was great to have no commute.
