Good Salary(Bad rules on the incentives again) Great managers like Mohan and Team Great Top management with visionaries like Uma and Shawn.
Cons
Everything depends on the team you get into. You have a great manager like Mohan PK and you then you a rest of the team of Bangalore. The other managers are not easy to work with and doesnt even treat you like a human. Bad attitude of the Managers, Total grinding. Doesn't care about employee experience. Politics. You have clients who doesn't respond and the management expect to close the roles.
