      Pros

      Not applicable. SSPM will be consolidated into larger security platform.

      Cons

      Free thinking and creative experience not welcome. Mediocracy is leading sales reps and SE. High turnover within 1yr cliff. Highly Suspicious. Extremely toxic environment. Not a platform but a point product. Belongs in a larger security platform as a feature. Derogatory exchanges are constant among peers. Sales does not enjoy working under these conditions.

      Good people and a great product

      Pros

      Ability to make a huge impact to the growth and success of the company. It's not often that you find people that are passionate about their work, experts in their field and just really good people to work with. Everyone is driven and focused. As most companies now use SaaS to run parts of their business SaaS security is an emerging part of the enterprise cybersecurity stack.

      Cons

      There is always some risk is joining a start-up. Things quickly change and processes are not existent for the most part.

      Great culture, interesting problems

      Pros

      Working on challenging problems that require novel solutions from both an architecture and algorithmic perspective. Lots of flexibility in work hours/location/PTO. Culture that values employees. Easy to approach anyone in the organization (including C-suite) and have either personal or work-related conversations. HQ is in awesome location.

      Cons

      Typical startup downsides--problems are not always well defined and requirements change as a solution is worked on--which can be frustrating at times. No 401k matching or life insurance offered at this time.
