      Great company to work for, they genuinely care about your well being. They promote from within.

      The government employees are the biggest challenge on any contract.

      Pros

      I was fortunate enough to meet some great people through the position with OSG. All my new contacts are outside the company, so I can retain these relationships.

      Cons

      Unprofessional. Upper management is not on top of what's really going on within the company, or the real world. They 'make it up as they go along'.
