      Pros

      - Talented people, new and latest tech, amazing learning opportunities - Relaxed environment, not much pressure - Offers good training and gives access to great learning material (eg full subscription to Safari Books Online)

      Cons

      - Location (Hatfield) - I work on a rotating shift schedule - Salaries are on the lowish side - Sometimes beaurocracy can be a little frustrating

Re your advice to management: there is currently a lot of work going on to open up more opportunities, allowing people to take their careers in different directions as suits them, so hopefully you'll see some really positive changes soon.
