Pros

Good place to work if you have no life.

Cons

You will have no life. 12hr shifts 3 days on 3 days off, then changes every month from days to nights and nights to days. If you have life and/or family avoid this place. Manager offer no insight about your goals/future except happy words you want to hear and never act on. As a OSS I expect to do more IT role. Nothing but warehouse issue that we are not train to handle. Every issue is solve by wing it or asking for help on slack, never a clear resolution. Most issue are solved by the basic on/off method. Because IT work is non existent, they provide custodian work. The work you do is non-transferable, I don't remember any IT interviewers asking, how many year of mopping experience I have. The work conditions is far from comfort. Your expected to work 12hrs having to deal with loud noise and chilly conditions.

Pros

Previous US leadership was lean, bold, and forward thinking. The focus was on success and who could get things done.

Cons

New US leadership is incompetent and incapable of executing to metrics. Failed GM was promoted to VP and truly lives up to the cliche, "highest level of incompetence ". A glitch prone system is installed by poorly trained contractors and executes about as you would expect. Throw in a bunch of good ole boys, and yehaw we got ourselves one steaming pile. The system was already hopelessly destined for fiscal catastrophe because the enormous cap cost combined with the grotesque inventory wastage is an insurmountable barrier to success. No one should be surprised their main customer is hesitant about new sites.
