+ weekly breakfasts + good pay + good benefits + nice office in the city center + once a year visits in UK (at least) + nice and competent people (vast majority) + mini company shop in the office + challenging projects + more or less current tech stack + good equipment + team's autonomy and control over the project

Cons

-- nightly support (waking you up at 2am to fix issues in other team's components most of the time) -- very draining daily support -- 3 waves of layovers (I wasn't affected) - forced branching of the offered product which messed with base assumptions.
