Pros

-Only main pro Is that you could book holiday/days off through a site quickly without having to wait for it to be approved -tips from customers

Cons

-Overwork you like a dog and look down on you when you cannot meet their absurd standards. Ocado are the am@zon of supermarket deliveries. -Always given 28 drops for 8 hour shifts and anywhere from 38 drops upwards on a 10 hour shift (which is ALOT, especially compared to other supermarket deliveries. T3sc0 do a max of 17 drops and ic3land do around 10). -Even when explaining to management that you are struggling with the large amount of drops, they will still continue to give you even heavier routes with more drops and get annoyed when you struggle to complete your drops... -On 10 hour shifts you basically do not have a break, as soon as you complete your first run and come back to the depot, you have to go straight back out to complete the second run. No time to rest or eat. -pay is TERRIBLE, not worth it AT ALL -Break room was bare minimum -Bad shift patterns
