Ocado Tech is a market leader You work hard but there are lots of opporunities and benefits, some flexible working and share plans. Tech really aims to keep their employees happy - It's not perfect but there is a culture of communication and openness. Management pretty much maintains an open door policy. Believe in autonomy and there is some leeway (depending on bandwidth) to work on things outside your immediate purview.

Cons

Some areas of the business are more progressive than others! Look into the area / team you'll be joining.
