- good marketing Good experience to know what is better to avoid in the future.

Cons

- lack of proper leadership - no newcomers on-boarding (no trainings provided) - keeping old technologies still alive due to short budget

Great working atmosphere. Interesting projects for developers. Nice technology stack. Your voice is being heard. You can do an impact in the business. All your concerns will be listened and tried to be solved.

Cons

Support rotation. Not announced during job interviews/offer. Not the best salary in Barcelona.
