Pros

Everything is in constant change. Need to grow, innovate and improve all the time. Lots of scope to make a mark and get recognition

Cons

Things change all the time, so if you want stability and structure, this is not your place. And the flexibility of working hours can take its toll.

- Open, friendly culture - Colleagues or bosses are always happy to help or say hi to you - Enthusiastic, approachable bosses - Office is open plan so you could be next to your boss (who is friendly, not scary) - Never talked to the CEO, but I've seen him and he seems to have a good sense of humour - Sports available, colleagues play each other at squash, badminton, and other sports - Social outings arranged a few times a year

Cons

- The head office is in Hatfield which isn't the nicest middle-class area, but you could commute from London or surrounding towns/cities.

Nice and brilliant people to work with. The service is widely used so you are quite satisfied about your job. There are several teams you could join and work with.

Cons

Far from London so you have to take the train every morning and this could be very expensive if you live in London.
