      4 on 4 off Pay Job is ok, no mentally challenging

      Management completely out of touch with warehouse operations. Big clique within management and Chargehand’s.

      None, only get on if your face fits

      Cons

      Bullying - if your face fits you’re in for an easy ride, if not god help you! HR are incompetent, even when presented with facts they ignore the evidence and pretend that nothing is wrong Customer is always right, even when you get sworn at! No back up from management

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful team! I am constantly learning new skills and developing myself both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      The worst thing for me is a long working week and we don't have flexy time. However its a great place to work and there are plenty of other advantages.
