You get to go home early if you finish all your deliveries before your shift ends and still get paid for the whole shift.

Cons

When it is very busy its hard to get a break and the amount of time they give you to make deliveries.

Good culture, caring about engineers, people are always willing to help. Managers are engineers too and you can see that in the company mindset. They take their values seriously. Good technological stack (AWS), using kanban (for real), small autonomous teams.
