None, managers look after their buddies.

Cons

Even though I had a 100% delivery success rate, never missed a shift, always was on time and never had an accident, managers were never polite, said thanks for taking undelivered groceries out for other drivers, underpaid, I was still let go because some fool emailed in to say I cut them up in Northampton, even though I was in Daventry at the time, the management believe them, and don't check to find out the truth.

Thanks for the review. The amount of time spent on-site (i.e. at one of our giant, state-of-the-art warehouses) depends on the responsibilities of your role, but they're a lot of fun if you like working with machinery!
