      Pros

      Salary, benefits (lunch card, gym card, fruits, healthcare), great atmosphere, pizza parties, high-end tools, high quality, great people, very good developers, interesting projects, opportunities to learn and grow, approachable management.

      Cons

      Slightly chaotic sometimes; leaders and management seems to be a little bit unorganized and messy, this is mainly visible on meetings; it's difficult to understand where are we going sometimes; projects have 24/7 support coverage which means in some projects you get sleepless nights (they are extra paid though); offices recently get more and more crowded; it seems the management starts to cut some expenses, so it's not so easy to get some additional stuff, e.g. office furniture or equipment
