Pros

Slight bonus after 7pm and Sundays. You get paid if you finish early. Car parking. (5 min walk down the road) You don't get disciplined if you deliver your own way to save time. They have vending machines and a free coffee machine. Easy routes for new starters.

Cons

Poor shift patterns, 5:30am or 2pm starts. Vans have no AC in cab. Hard to park vans. (No reversing camera, sensors, or even a beeper) Overworked, average 30+ drops and 1500kgs per shift. No sick pay for first 3 days of absence. Disciplinary if absent 3 or more times in a year. (including sickness) If you are running late, don't expect much of a break. Not enough time to deliver while following company guidelines. Provided Sat-nav not always up-to-date / reliable.

Pros

very fast paced and dynamic environment, small team, strategic decision making, full responsibility for the annual KPIs, we decide on exact ranges, negotiate cost, draw sales plans for the category; encouraging benefits package

Cons

sometimes too fast paced, seems like there is no long term strategy as focus changes on a weekly basis, small office space, issues with parking, underpaid role vs workload and expectations, the board seems to be very disconnected from the rest of the business

Pros

Young Lively bunch of people. Discounts on food. Fantastic technology to learn from.

Cons

The shifts are suicide. You cannot hope to get a life while also having the shifts they provide you. The management is also poor and they don't seem to care about you individually. My Team leader was not at all a people person, very rude condescending and didn't make me want to stay any longer.
