Ahead of the curve technologically when starting new projects. I've heard they're big into Scala now. Lots of free food when I was there.

Cons

Pretty far out of London but I suppose that's not a problem if you don't want to live in London. There was a fair bit of PLSQL to contend with.

Pros

Amazingly intelligent people in all areas of the business that enable pretty much anything to be achieved. Very high standards in most areas across the business with lots of variety to the work.

Cons

In the drive for profitability over time the company became driven too much by technology and seemed to lose focus on people. However it still provides a great service.
