-Must also be a Morrisons delivery driver, and drive in and around London. Absolutely horrible, and you will incur fines.
-Must pay your own fines. One fine is almost as much as a whole day's wages.
-Very inflexible. Expect completely random days to work Mon-Sun unless you fix your shifts. If so, you will work Sat & Sun always.
-No real promotions. You could transition to be a Marshall and have even more work and less control over your time off. You could become a manager. Neither pay much better or seem worth it.
-Cameras watching you everywhere, including cab, shopping area in back of van, and customers who take a disliking to you.
-Corporate talk & procedures like you're a 5 year old, and typical corporate lack of care.
