      Lovely colleagues Exciting projects Lots of great ideas for growth in all areas of the business Lots of responsibility compare to other roles Good pension and additional benefits

      Cons

      Under resourced and overworked teams are not out of the ordinary. Expectations from management are laughable.. Very worrying to see Ocado so behind the times when it comes to the prevention of stress/burnout and addressing issues with mental and physical well-being.
