Generally good but a lot of 'rush culture'.
Pros
Good base rate of pay and you are compensated if you run over your shift hours at all. Plus you will receive an increased rate if you work evenings or weekends. Sometimes you finish early and still get paid for the whole shift. Some of the vehicles you drive are well maintained and kitted out which makes the whole job easier. Shift flexibility is good overall.
Cons
Lots of 'rush culture', meaning that lots of employees have clocked onto you still get paid if you finish early, so there are lots of people cutting corners and rushing through their work. This creates an atmosphere whereby it's almost encouraged to take shortcuts wherever possible and it doesn't matter unless you get caught. I personally don't like to speed, nor be overly pressured when dealing with customers. Additionally, making sure I leave the van in the state I'd like to find it in. Unfortunately, a lot of employees are doing the opposite to the above and don't seem to be getting called up on it.
