Pros

- Great Benefits & working flexibility. - Lots of opportunities to learn and move up if you put in the time/effort. - PM/Management were always great. - If you are doing way more than is asked you can stand your ground on issues and they will listen

Cons

- Some lower level employees would avoid learning how to do their job and rely on others to get by. - Lots of unnecessary complaining from non-management staff due to incompetence/toxicity. - You will be relied on more if you are single and don't have a family.
