Pros

Very fast paced. Successful because of a "do more with less" philosophy. The culture cares very much about image rather than substance, so this may be a good fit for some.

Cons

Lack of training and appreciation for newer employees. Seniority and experience is given a large leeway, whereas newer techs and contractors are marginalized.
