Great Environment for Teachers and Students

Pros

Administrators are descriptive, patient, and helpful to faculty. They sent out a lot of information about semester requirements and deadlines and in my case, someone has always been available to talk if I need more help.

Cons

More adjunct office space would be nice.

Great team with excellent communication and collaboration. Ongoing training and in my case access to LinkedIn learning. Meaningful work.

Cons

If there is a downside, at least in my opinion, I feel like the potential for growth and advancement in this position may be somewhat limited.
