Pros

Japanese heritage with kaizen spirit. Somewhat traditional yet due to startup nature (merged from 3 Japanese Shipping line), highly influenced by Consulting company way of doing things, project-tize everything, embracing digitalisation!

Cons

Due to legacy of 3 Japanese co, there’s somewhat Silo existence (from staff to policy rolled out) especially within the Japanese members who usually aren’t permanent members of ONE.
