Pros
Fair salary. Manager gives us a lot of freedom which in turn motivates us to be proactive about the job. The company can be flexible on certain rules.
Cons
The nature of the role requires to work weekends, bank holidays and some evenings. But we are 5 in the team and take turns covering the weekend. So it is not so bad. The role can be repetitive though.
