37.5 hour work week is kinda nice but you also miss getting paid for a full week.

Cons

Super low pay, restrictions on when you can use the bathroom, toxic corporate culture starting at low level managers all the way up, inflexible micro-managers, staff/managers severely lack training, they REQUIRE you to "volunteer" in the community ON YOUR DAYS OFF!!! (illegal)
