This is my first time posting on glassdoor, however, I am so happy to be on the Ocean Spray Team I wanted to share my feedback having just completed my first 3 months. The people are great. Friendly, smart, passionate, and innovative. The culture is a family and it truly is a close knit team who opens their arms day one. The job... I love what I do and what's even better is that they encourage you to use your talents.. the talents you bring to the table.. you actually get to use. Go figure.. Again Love it Here! We even get to go into the Bog with the Ocean Spray Waders in a couple of weeks for the harvest.. how cool is that... Amazing place to work.

Pros

Great benefits, good work/life balance, great people to work with, good pay, company does a good job of making you aware of future movement up the company ladder. There are a lot of pros and cons with working with a co-op, but I think the pros out-weigh the cons.

Cons

Some poor communication between departments, wish there were more opportunities for training and growing my knowledge on the technical side.
